What is Artwork Origination?

This is the initial “set up” of your artwork that is undertaken by the printer prior to the printing process.

When we have placed the order what format should we send the artwork in?

The artwork should be supplied in an EPS or PDF vectorised format with all fonts set to outlines and spot colours set to the correct Pantone Reference.

What is a Pantone Reference?

Put simply all colours have their own unique pantone reference which allows us to match exactly the colours in your logo.

How long before I receive an artwork proof?

We will e-mail an artwork proof for you to check all spelling and graphic content normally within 48 hours of receipt of artwork.

What does lead time on the quotation mean?

This refers to the time it takes for the product to be printed and delivered to you after we have received artwork approval.

Does the quotation include VAT?

All of the quotations sent out from The Merch House are exclusive of VAT.

How can I be certain of the quality of the items that you will send me?

The best way to achieve this would be to request a sample which can be delivered to you prior to placing any order.

Can you manufacture bespoke products?

Yes of course, if you have a specific design all you have to do is send it to us and we will do the rest.
